What to Bring to Your Appointment
Please bring any relevant referral letters, imaging reports, specialist letters, operation notes, medication information, private health card, Medicare care plan paperwork, DVA details, or WorkCover/TAC claim information.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows the area being assessed to be moved and examined.
Clinic Location and Access
Wallan Physiotherapy Centre is located at 5/88 Watson Street, Wallan VIC 3756, with easy access via the Hume Freeway (M31) and the Northern Highway.
Most appointments are conducted onsite at the clinic, where we have the best environment for assessment, treatment and rehabilitation.
On/off street parking is available.
Post-Surgical Home Visit Enquiries
Most physiotherapy appointments are clinic-based. In selected early post-surgical or post-hospital situations, limited home visits may be considered where temporary mobility restriction makes clinic attendance impractical. Contact reception to discuss your situation.

Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for private physiotherapy. Referrals may be required for Medicare care plans, DVA, WorkCover or other funded pathways.
Can I claim private health insurance?
If your private health insurance includes physiotherapy extras, you may be able to claim part of your appointment cost. Bring your private health card.
Do you accept WorkCover, TAC, DVA and Medicare care plans?
Yes, eligible patients can attend under these pathways. Please bring relevant claim numbers, referral paperwork or approval details.
Are routine appointments onsite?
