About Reception and Practice Support Team
Our friendly reception and practice support team help make each visit to Wallan Physiotherapy Centre welcoming, organised and easy to navigate.
They assist with appointments, booking questions, funding and rebate enquiries, and any practical details around your care. Practice Manager Kim is a long-term local resident with more than 35 years in the Wallan area.
Kim brings extensive experience in business management, allied health administration and remedial massage. She is also actively involved in local netball, reflecting her strong connection with the Wallan community.
Together, our reception team provides practical, friendly support from your first phone call, so your focus stays on recovery.
